NSW Government ICT Service Scheme

The scheme for the NSW Government is a whole-of-government mandated arrangement for procuring ICT goods and services.

Under NSW Procurement Board Direction 2020-04, NSW Government agencies must use the scheme, unless other whole-of-government arrangements apply.

The ICT Services Scheme aligns with the NSW Government Beyond Digital Strategy, which provides a comprehensive approach to identifying, sourcing and procuring ICT-related goods and services to ensure government harnesses new, innovative and effective approaches.

Queensland Information Technology Contracting (QITC)

The Queensland Information Technology Contracting (QITC) framework was co-designed by industry and government, and forms the basis for all Queensland Government ICT contracts. QITC replaces the Government Information Technology Contracting (GITC)

Australian Government Digital Marketplace

The Digital Marketplace (Previously known as the COTS Panel) helps government agencies and digital experts do business together. It is made up of a procurement panel (SON3413842) compliant with Commonwealth Procurement Rules, along with a seller catalogue and government opportunities.

Victorian Government eServices Register

This whole of Victorian government (Department of Premier and Cabinet) register offers multiple suppliers for IT services, equipment and maintenance.

Some of the services covered by this register include:

  • professional services for software and hosting services
  • hosted services, including software as a service (SaaS) and infrastructure as a service (IaaS)
  • geo-spatial data services

Vectra has been appointed to this register.

South Australian Health Professional Services Panel

Organisations on the SA Health Professional Services Panel will be able to support the delivery of SA Health’s technical and strategic capabilities, including project services, business and advisory services, biomedical engineering services and asset planning support services. Vectra has been appointed to the SA Health Professional Services Panel.

South Australian Local Government

All South Australian Councils and Subsidiaries are not required to release a public tender when choosing to utilise an LGA Procurement Preferred Supplier such as Vectra – No matter the value of the purchase! This is because LGA Procurement has already undertaken a rigorous open tender process that satisfies probity requirements (with particular reference to the Local Government and ICAC Acts) and achieves the best value for councils.

South Australian Government eProjects Panel

The eProjects Panel (ePP) is an online facility established by the SA Government (State) to enable State agencies to procure project-orientated ICT services and cyber security services from pre-qualified suppliers using a standardised contract and related processes. The pre-qualification process involves an assessment of supplier capacity, capability, financial and insurance status. Vectra has been approved and appointed as a supplier for:

  • eProjects (Projects up to $700,000)
  • Cyber Security Services (Cyber Security projects up to $700,000)
  • eProjects Plus (Projects $700,000 to $4.4 million)

SWIFT Customer Security Programme

SWIFT established the Customer Security Programme (CSP) to actively support customers in the fight against cyber-attacks. The CSP programme improves information sharing throughout the community, enhances SWIFT-related tools for customers and provides a set of cybersecurity controls that helps users strengthen end-point security and combat cyber fraud. Vectra has been an approved assessor in the Swift Customer Security Programme since its inception.
